• How are prices established?

  

  We are transparent about how we package, price, and discount our products and services. Each buyer has the freedom to choose what they want without pressure, tricks, or fear of making the wrong decision. You can always change your mind. Our goal is to offer lower prices consistently over the long term. And if we don't earn your business, we respect your right to choose.

• How does Atono handle changes in product levels or users?

  

  Changes can be made at any time during your billing cycle (each month). The changes will be effective immediately, but the change in your prorated charges will be reflected on the next monthly billing cycle. If you are billed annually, you will receive a prorated invoice for the change.

• How does the money back guarantee work?

  

  We believe you should get the value you expect. So, if Atono doesn't meet your expectations within the first six months of service, for any reason, we'll refund payments made up to 90 days of service. We hope other SaaS companies will follow our lead and stand behind their products too.

• How does Atono compare to other products?

  

  We believe we’re the best fit for modern tech organizations focused on building great software at scale with cross-functional teams. That’s not the right fit for every organization or department, so we don’t feel the need to criticize other providers who have a different approach. • What does "MAU" mean for feature flags?

  

  MAU (or Monthly Active Users) measures unique users who encounter at least one feature flag evaluation during a calendar month. We count users, not requests—so a power user checking flags thousands of times costs the same as someone who logs in once.
