How does the MCP Server affect my privacy?
The Atono Model Context Protocol ("MCP") server enables you to manage projects through AI assistants using natural language commands. When you use the MCP server, you're interacting with third-party AI services (such as Claude Desktop or Cursor) to control your Atono workspace. These services process your commands and relevant project data to complete your requested workflows. Your selected AI service processes project information necessary to execute your commands. This may include stories, bugs, tasks, and team data you have permission to access. We don't control the AI models or their outputs. Atono isn't responsible for AI-generated errors, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies, even when processing your project data. You're responsible for ensuring your use of AI tools with our MCP server complies with your organization's policies and applicable laws. Your project data remains within Atono's secure environment. We only share the minimum information required for each command with the AI service. You can always review logs of all MCP-initiated actions and configure team member permissions.
Can you opt out of marketing?
Yes. You may opt out at any time from the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes including email communications and engagement tracking through platforms such as HubSpot, by sending us an email at privacy@atono.io. Please allow us a reasonable time to process your request. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional or administrative notifications related to our services or your requests for information or materials.
What about information of Children?
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete the information.
