Atono AI Conference SF 2026 Giveaway Official Rules

Effective September 25, 2026

These Official Rules apply to the Atono AI Conference SF 2026 $1,000 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), sponsored by Atono, Inc. (“Atono,” “we,” or “us”). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Atono, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins on September 30, 2026 at 7:30 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 1, 2026 at 3:15 PM Pacific Time. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

There are two ways to enter.

Create a free Atono workspace

During the Giveaway period, scan the Giveaway QR code distributed in connection with AI Conference SF and successfully create a free Atono workspace. Creating an Atono workspace is free. No paid subscription or purchase is required.

Alternative free entry

You may also enter without creating an Atono workspace by completing the free Giveaway entry form at https://atono.io/event-giveaway. The alternative entry must include your full name and email address and must be submitted before 3:15 PM Pacific Time on October 1, 2026. The same entry limits and odds apply regardless of which entry method you use. Creating an Atono workspace does not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

One winner will receive $1,000 USD. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000 USD. The prize may not be transferred or substituted except at Atono's discretion where necessary. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, local or other taxes associated with accepting the prize.

After the Giveaway period closes, Atono will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received through both entry methods. The drawing is expected to take place at approximately 3:30 PM Pacific Time on October 1, 2026 at Atono Booth #3 at AI Conference SF. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner announcement will take place at Atono Booth #3 at approximately 3:30 PM Pacific Time on October 1, 2026. Entrants must be present at Booth #3 at the time of the winner announcement to win. If the selected entrant is not present when their name is announced, they will forfeit the prize and Atono may randomly select another eligible entrant. Atono may continue selecting alternate winners until an eligible entrant who is present at Booth #3 is confirmed as the winner. The selected winner may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.

Attendees may be encouraged to wear their Atono SF shirt and return to Booth #3 for the winner announcement. Wearing an Atono shirt is not a condition of entry, eligibility or winning.

Atono will verify the potential winner's eligibility before providing the prize. The winner may be asked to provide reasonable identification and sign a written acknowledgement confirming receipt of the $1,000 prize Atono will never require the winner to pay a fee or make a purchase to receive the prize.

Atono reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated, submitted using false information or otherwise violate these Official Rules. Atono's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Giveaway will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and otherwise as described in Atono's Privacy Policy. Creating an Atono workspace is also subject to Atono's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If circumstances outside Atono's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as planned, including technical failures, fraud, security issues or events affecting the conference, Atono reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the Giveaway is terminated after eligible entries have been received, Atono may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Atono and its employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents will not be responsible for losses, damages or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
