Our approach
Our audience is smart, knowledgeable, and skeptical. They prefer trying something out and seeing how it works over talking to a "product expert." Self-service buying was the way to go from the start.
Our goal is to give you control over the purchasing process — learn, try, buy, and change your mind, all without pressure, tricks, or confusion.
Guidelines
Pricing
We publish how we package, price, and discount. No hidden tiers, no sales calls required. You pay only for what you need. We aim for everyday low pricing over a long period of time — if we don't earn your business, we respect your right to choose.
Plans and payment
Monthly and annual plans are available with monthly or annual invoices. Pay by credit card or invoice. If you use an invoice, you get immediate access — we reserve the right to perform a credit check. Cancel at any time — pay through the end of your billing cycle. If you prepaid for a year, we'll refund the unused portion within 30 days. There will be tears (mostly ours), but we respect your right to choose.
Changes
Upgrades, downgrades, adding or removing users — all happen immediately, prorated on your next invoice. We know there's a chance of people gaming the system. We choose to trust the goodness in our customers.
We don't track you
You wouldn't give your name, address, and credit card just to sample ice cream. Neither should you have to give personal information just to browse software. Feel free to look around. When you decide to become a customer, we'll collect what's needed to do a good job for you. Until then, free samples for everyone.
Money-back guarantee
If our service, software, or team doesn't meet your expectations, we give your money back. There's a short process (less than 15 minutes) where we ask where we failed so we can learn. After that, you receive a refund for up to three months. We hope every SaaS company follows this lead — build products so good you can guarantee them.
Plain language
Our terms, conditions, and agreements are written in everyday words. They're based on industry-standard forms, but we think there's a higher chance of someone reading them if we keep it real.
